Bob Geigel first joined Life Image in 2011 as an implementation engineer. Bob’s passion for great customer service led him to be promoted in 2016 to the director of client services and in 2020 to the vice president of client services with management responsibility over both the customer support and implementation teams.
Bob’s experience includes more than 18 years in the healthcare and medical imaging space. Making a career change in 1998 led Bob to extensive IT training and positions supporting healthcare organizations in the San Diego area. Eventually, Bob landed at a small biotech as its IT Manager and grew with the organization culminating in Lilly Pharmaceuticals acquiring the company. He returned to New England as the solutions delivery manager for CardioNow, a web-based clinical trial image management system which was a division within AGFA before being sold to BioClininca. Bob focuses on providing the very best customer experience from the services team utilizing innovative processes to a communicative delivery.
