In this role, the Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for creating, modifying, maintaining and supporting infrastructure to meet the needs of the business within budget and targeted deadlines. S/he will need to balance availability, security, efficiency and functional requirements to help provide an optimized production service. Identifying and managing existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and ensure these risks are effectively identified and escalated to be measured, monitored and controlled.

Director of Marketing

In this role, the Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing and other strategies and programs to drive growth in sales, network size and brand equity for Life Image. Aligned with corporate strategies and approaches and Executive leadership, this position will have direct accountability for the Company’s go-to-market efforts for marketing positioning, inbound leads, demand generation, campaign development and building an integrated sales and marketing operation. This position has direct responsibility for the Company’s brand equity, Go-To-Market efforts for new product launches, Go-To-Market efforts for existing products and solutions, strategic marketing supplier relations, website design and content, advertising, PR, social media, corporate communications, customer portal, catalog, trade shows, and all sales enablement activities.

Implementation Engineer

In this role, the Implementation Engineer is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the Life Image’s customer implementation technical onboarding strategy and accelerating customer adoption of Life Image’s products and solutions. The Implementation Engineer works with professional services team, the product team, software development team, and the technical operations team to put together effective implementation plans, including goals, timelines, and resource coordination to ensure quick ROI for Life Image and its customers. The Implementation Engineer will report to the Vice President of Client Services.

Senior Technical Support Engineer

In this role, the Senior Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance for Life Image’s applications to customers via phone, email, and other channels as appropriate. The Senior Technical Support Engineer focuses on in-depth problem analysis of Life Image’s applications and their integration into customer environments using fundamental troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge to isolate, analyze, and provide resolution to customer issues.
