Job description:
Play a key role in defining how lifeIMAGE communicates with other system, and in the technical implementation of new systems. Provides remote technical support for customers with application questions, system problems and configuration issues.
This role will work closely with development and product management teams. This role requires product expertise, strong HL7 knowledge and experience, strong communication skills and finesse in dealing with customers.
Requirements:
- 4+ years writing technical documentation for a software or technology company
- Exceptional technical writing and editing skills
- Proven ability to write documentation for both non-technical business users and administrators
- Participation as a key contributor on product development for ISO 9000 or FDA-approved application or device
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and deliver high-quality materials
- Proven track record of innovation for making online documentation more usable and useful for customers
- Ability to learn quickly and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment with short release cycles
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to existing styles and processes, and contribute towards improving them as necessary
- Strong team player and able to work with documentation management to establish goals and priorities
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or communications field
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
