Sr. Technical Support Analyst

 Location: Boston (Newton), MA

Job type: Full Time

Job description:

Responsible for working with IT/informatics departments at large hospitals/institutions. This will include significant interaction with physicians who rely heavily on medical imaging. This is an outstanding opportunity for a technically savvy, self-motivated individual looking to grow with a rapidly growing healthcare/IT start-up.

Requirements:

  • Linux system administration
  • Successful account management experience
  • 2 + years experience in healthcare/IT
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills

Preferred/Beneficial Experience (but not required): 

  • Experience with PACS workstation or DICOM modalities
  • HL7 experience
  • Proven experience in web servers and databases
  • RIS/PACS software implementation or PACS Administrator experience
  • VMWare/ESX experience
  • Start-up/fast-paced environment
  • Radiology Technologist experience
