Job description: - Responsible for all company human resources (with particular emphasis on recruitment), office management and administration for this fast-growing healthcare/IT start-up.

This role will work closely with all employees, department heads and external customers. Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills are essential.

Financial responsibilities including management of the office budget, staff payroll, and timely payment of bills using QuickBooks.

Overseeing the office schedule and maintaining the efficiency of our day to day activity.
Requirements:
- 4+ years office administration for a software or technology company
- Minimum 2+ years technical recruitment
- 2+ years accounting/bookkeeping
- Knowledge of all applicable state/federal employment and labor laws
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and deliver high-quality materials
- Ability to learn quickly and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
Beneficial Experience:
- Healthcare/IT or Medical Device industry experience
- Working knowledge of immigration law/processes
