Throughout his twenty-year information technology career, John has developed expertise in data security and privacy, diagnostic imaging systems, and has successfully positioned companies for future growth by ensuring the scalability of complex information systems infrastructures. At lifeIMAGE, he is a key member of the team responsible for the security and HIPAA-compliance of the company's cloud services infrastructure.
Before joining lifeIMAGE, John was the Vice President of Information Technology at Softscape, a global human resources application provider. He oversaw the operation and management of SAS70 certified data centers on multiple continents. Prior to Softscape, John was a Principle Enterprise System Administrator at OneSource Information Services.
Earlier in his career, John held several senior level HIT positions. He was the founding Director of IT at AMICAS, where he was responsible for establishing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure at a time when the imaging and information systems provider was experiencing significant growth. Early in his career he was the Director of Computer Operations at HealthGate Data Corp, and was in the Technology Planning group at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston.
