Imaging Workflow Specialist

Job Description:
The workflow specialist is responsible both for presales technical and clinical workflow support. This position is also responsible for managing successful software implementations and rollouts from inception through go live and subsequent transition to account management/support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Support
- Provide IT/Technical expertise
- Demo support
- Maintaining demonstration systems, in Virtual Machine (VM) environments and demo studies, including Clinical Demo support
- Training for sales on all products
- Help translate new functionality into Unique Business Value (UBV)/sales tools
- Webinars
- Demo with sales as required
- Workflow Design/Discussions
- Document current workflow
- Present future workflow options
- Manage onsite pilots of our solutions
- Assist in building competitive differentiators/competitive review
- Assist with solution documentation
- Assist with pricing and proposal templates
- ROI models, help build business case
- RFI/RFP support
Post-Sales Support
- Help facilitate transfer from sales
- Develop sponsor relationships
- Define deployment goals and objectives
- Provide project management from kick- off through go- live
- Workflow design
- Technical review/design
- Training
- Coordinate Implementation Engineering and Account Management as required
- Transfer to account management
- Customer documentation into CRM.
- Development and documentation of training materials, internal and external.
Required Skills and Abilities:

Previous Healthcare Imaging experience required.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Project management experience a plus
- DICOM/HL7 skills a plus
- BA/BS or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a startup / fast paced environment.
